Hi Mis, My DS is only 4.5 months old and has always been the same. some feeds last no longer than 3 or 4 minutes and many people told me i was starving him so i too kept offering more and more feeds. However since seeing the hospital and being reassured that he does not need additional feeds (they will drink as much or as little as they need, and every baby has a different suck), if he has a bottle he will drink 130-170mls before slowing down so he must be getting enough from me in that time to come off happily. Dont worry about it unless bub is unsettled AFTER he has had his feed. good luck
